Visit by Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat,
Honourable Minister for Higher Education of Uttarakhand,
to the Headquarters of Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas,
Swami Omkarananda Saraswati Marg, Muni-ki-reti, via Rishikesh,
on 14th February 2024

At the entrance to the Omkarananda-Kamakshi-Devi Mandir, from left to right:
Chief-Priest of Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas, Shri Suresh Joshi, Mahant Shri Swami Vishveshwarananda Saraswati, President, Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas, Omkarananda Ashram Priest Shri Mukesh Vyas, Kumari Somashekhari, General Secretary, Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas and Indian Classical Dancer and Musician, Shri Swami Satchidananda Saraswati, Treasurer, Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas and Omkarananda Ashram Priest Shri Sanjay Benjwal, are joyfully awaiting the arrival of the honourable Minister for Higher Education, Uttarakhand, in the night of 14th February 2024.

The honourable Minister has arrived at the Temple and is welcomed and escorted by important Members of Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas, Shri Vishnu ji (left) and Shri Munnesh Agnihotri ji, right.

The honourable Minister is specially welcomed with the traditional Purnakumbha by the Priests of Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas.

The Sannyasis and Priests of Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas are reciting the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra for the Honourable Minister for Higher Education, Uttarakhand, Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat.

The honourable Minister, Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat, in a very joyous mood, along with Shri Swami Vishveshwarananda and Kumari Somashekhari.

All are proceeding inside the Temple Mandapa of Omkarananda-Kamakshi-Devi Mandir.

Everybody is standing in front of the Main Deity, the extremely beautiful Supreme Divine Mother, Shri Omkarananda-Kamakshi-Devi, while a special Arati is performed for Her.

The Chief Priest blesses Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat and others with the Arati.

Then the President of Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas, Mahant Shri Swami Vishveshwarananda Saraswati, honoured the Minister with a shawl.

A joyous "Jay Jay Kaar".

Everybody proceeds for Prasadam.

The Minister and his Associates are ready for the Prasadam.

Special Vedic Prayers.

Mahant Shri Swami Vishveshwarananda Saraswati blessed the Honourable Minister, Shri Dhan Singh Rawat, and his close Associates, with Rudrakasha Malas.
