Annual Function Celebration of
Omkarananda Saraswati Public School, Ganga Sangam,
Deoprayag, on 9th February 2014

The Omkarananda Saraswati Public School, Deoprayag, is situated at the holy Sangam of the rivers Bhagirathi and Alaknanda, from where the actual Ganga starts. Thanks to Gurudev Paramahamsa Omkarananda Saraswati this School is doing a very great service to the citizens of Deoprayag and the surrounding villages by providing excellent education. Presently this School is having about 400 Students and is running Classes from Nursery up to Class 10.

Shri Gairolaji, the noble Principal of the Omkarananda Saraswati Public School in Deoprayag, is welcoming the huge audience for the Annual Function of the School.

Shri Swami Pragyanandaji, Member and Inmate of Omkarananda Ashram Himalayas' Headquarters in Muni-ki-Reti, Rishikesh, had been specially invited as Chiefguest for this Function. He received a Memento from the School Management Members.

The Guest of Honour, Shri R.S. Rawat, Inspector of all Omkarananda Hillschools, also received a special Memento from the hands of the School Management Members.

Two brilliant Class 10 Students of the Omkarananda Saraswati Public School address the audience.

The beautiful cultural part of the annual Function started with a heart-touching Saraswati Vandana, performed by the Omkarananda School Students.

The small Students delight the hearts of the viewers with their cute performance.

A colourful Radha-Krishna dance performed by the Students of the Junior-wing.

Many children and adults from Deoprayag had assembled to watch the brilliant performances of the Omkarananda Saraswati Public School Students.

In his Chiefguest-Address Shri Swami Pragyanandaji offers his heartfelt Thanks to the wonderful Students, Teachers and Principal and Management Committee Members of the Omkarananda Saraswati Public School, Deoprayag.
