and power.
On 16th March, after all competitions were
completed, the winners among the Sanskrit-students were specially awarded. Also
some of the outstanding Sanskrit-teachers were awarded by the Sanskrit Chatra
Seva Samiti Management. On this day along with Swami Vishveshwarananda, Kumari
Somashekhari, General Secretary, Omkarananda Ashram, was also invited to join
the function. In her address to the students Somashekhari gave them practical
examples of typical pitfalls or difficulties in the Sanskrit-pronunciation,

Then she recited Narayana Sooktam for them
and on special request of the Sanskrit Samiti Management, she sang also a Bhajan
in Garhwali-language. The air was truly sparkling, when the Students, overjoyed,
started singing and clapping in the rhythm of Soma's presentations. No doubt it
was a great moment for the Youngsters.
In the end the convener of this function,
Shri Rakesh Semwal, heartily thanked all participants of this event and he
specially expressed his gratitude to Swami Vishveshwaranandaji for providing
them always with a suitable venue.
